Why we started
We started SnugP after too many walks with no water, too many baths that soaked the whole bathroom, and one too many moments without a bag. So we only stock simple tools we use with our own dogs, and we tell you the truth about shipping.

FAQ

The questions everyone asks first.

Is SnugP a real store?

Yes. We're a small online shop. Our products ship from partner warehouses, which is how we keep prices fair. Every order gets tracking.

How long does shipping take?

Most orders ship in 1 to 2 days and arrive in 5 to 9 days. You get a tracking link as soon as it leaves.

Will the walk bottle leak in my bag?

Turn the lock to closed and it stays shut, even tipped over in a backpack. Turn it to open when you're ready to pour.

Is the bath brush gentle enough?

The bristles are soft silicone that massage while they clean. If your dog has sensitive skin, start with light pressure and let them get used to it.

What bags fit the scooper?

It comes with a roll that fits the built-in compartment. When it runs out, standard roll refills fit too.

Where do returns go?

Email us first. We'll give you a simple return option, and you'll never be asked to ship overseas at your own cost.
